Tech Spirit 2023

Tech Spirit 2023, the must-attend event for startups, technology companies, entrepreneurs, and investors, returns on 12 and 13 December. Under the theme "The tech side of life", participants can share reflections, conversations and meeting spaces focused on the impact of artificial intelligence, public and private investment, quantum computing, deep tech and open innovation.

Tech Barcelona, the private non-profit association that brings together more than 1,200 entrepreneurs, startups, investors and companies and is the backbone of Barcelona's digital and technology ecosystem, is responsible for organizing this benchmark event for the local innovative community with a global outlook and ambition.

Biocat's participation in Tech Spirit 2023

On Wednesday 13 December at 9 am on the Tech Barcelona Stage, Biocat will coordinate the keynote speech "Joining a cross-tech future (with AI)" with Björn Arvidsson, Director of STUNS Life Science (a foundation that works to promote the life sciences and health sector in the Uppsala region, Sweden). Arvidsson will talk about how new technologies such as artificial intelligence are being transformed or developed based on the needs that have emerged in the health sector. He will also explain the strategies being implemented in Sweden to connect all ecosystems to meet the needs of patients. 

The session will be followed by the round table "Pioneering the change" with the following participants:

• Elena Santana (Naru Intelligence) 
• Taryn Andersen (Impulse4Women)

Montse Daban, Director of Strategic Foresight and International Relations at Biocat will present and moderate the session.
