<p>Biocat is launching the new BioRegion of Catalonia directory with a fresh look and technical updates to improve the search function and access to information on the more than<strong> 1,600 companies and organizations</strong> that make up the life sciences and healthcare ecosystem in Catalonia. </p>
Biocat has launched the new directory Catalonia Health and Life Sciences Data Platform, which allows anyone interested to get information on the more than 1,600 companies and organizations that make up the life sciences and healthcare ecosystem in Catalonia.
The software, created by Salesforce and updated daily by Biocat, has a new, more interactive and intuitive design and an advanced search engine with new filters. You can search by name, foundation year, subsectors, therapeutic areas, products in the development phase, total funding raised and turnover.
So, for example, you can get answers to queries like: How many biotech companies have molecules for oncology in clinical development? Which startups are currently looking for funding? How many digital health firms have been created in the past two years? Which companies have raised over €20 million in rounds of investment? Or which companies are working in artificial intelligence?
The profiles of the companies and organizations include contact details and a brief description, plus the contact person and email when provided by the company.
Also new is the real-time data in the header, where you’ll find the latest indicators on companies, startups and investment. The new tool also adapts to different electronic devices, like computers, phones and tablets.
