45 companies and organisations from the BioRegion to participate in BIO Boston 2023 convention
<p>The Catalan Minister of Health, <strong>Hble. Manel Balcells i Díaz</strong>, will lead the BioRegion's delegation, which will be made up to 80 professionals from the ecosystem.</p>
The convention is an opportunity for companies and institutions linked to biotechnology to obtain knowledge of scientific and industrial value, seek or follow up strategic alliances, obtain financing and find new clients. Catalan participation, that represents more than 50% of the total Spanish companies presence, will include pharma and biotech companies, investors and consulting and service companies, such as Anaxomics, BCN Peptides, Esteve, Ferrer, Gebro, Gp Pharm, Grifols, Inveready, Laboratorios Rubió, ROVI, Oniria Therapeutics, Trifermed o Werfen among others, through stands or participation in the partnering system.
Various activities will take place during the fair, including a networking reception organised by the Government of Catalonia, which will be a meeting point for professionals from the BioRegion, Catalans in the USA and international companies. This event will be attended by the Catalan Minister of Health, Hble. SR. Manel Balcells i Díaz, who will travel to Boston to coincide with the conference, with the aim of strengthening links or opening new collaborations with centres and sectorial entities in Massachusetts and/or internationally.
