The Government of Catalonia and Biocat present 2010 Talent for Competitiveness Program
The Department of Economics and Finance for the Government of Catalonia and Biocat will present the 2010 Talent for Competitiveness Program on 29 April. The presentation event will be headed by Marcel Prunera, general director of Economic Promotion for the Government of Catalonia Department of Economics and Finance, and Montserrat Vendrell, CEO of Biocat.
This program helps SMEs in the biotechnology, biomedicine and medical technology sector in Catalonia attract strategic executive talent. The aim of the program is to strengthen competitiveness and internationalization in Catalan companies, facilitating short-term hiring of experts in strategic areas like market exploration and business development, regulatory strategy and R&D strategy, with direct grants of up to 20,000 euros per company.
Information will be given during the presentation on how to apply for grants, who is eligible and what aspects have changed from the 2009 edition.
