King Felipe VI presented the award yesterday at the IMPULSA Forum

In order to foster initiative and effort, the Prince of Girona Foundation Awards promote research and creativity, solidarity and the development of talent in young entrepreneurs and innovators who are driven to build a more just world in a globalized setting. The Awards include four individual prizes for young people between 16 and 35, and another for organizations: Arts and Literature, Social, Scientific Research, Business and Organization.
This year the panel of judges chose Belda for the “Business” award based on his entrepreneurial spirit and promising career in the biohealth and technology arena. The company, based at the Barcelona Science Park, already has three offices abroad, in London (United Kingdom), Heidelberg (Germany) and Cambridge (USA).
