JHI, Johnson & Johnson’s division of innovation, recognizes innovative ideas in 'eHealth'
The finalists will be entrepreneurs from around Europe and receive funding and mentoring to help develop new technology commercially.

Janssen Healthcare Innovation (JHI) ——a Johnson & Johnson company— presents the first JHI Connected Health Challenge Europe, through which the company aims to identify ideas and proposals for innovative technology that improve patient care at a lower cost. The contest is geared towards start-ups, entrepreneurs and SMEs in the eHealth arena around Europe. The deadline for proposals is 5 October 2012.
Janssen will award a total of €30,000 in prizes in three different categories:
- Technology-enabled self-care
- Transitioning care from the clinical environment to the home
- Solutions that increase medication adherence
The finalists, in addition to increased visibility among investors and the medical community in Europe, will benefit from mentoring sessions with the Janssen Healthcare Innovation team to further advance commercial development of the best ideas.
