Last days of discounted registration for BioSpain
Friday 2 May is the deadline for signing up for the benchmark biotechnology event in Spain at the discounted price
The seventh edition of BioSpain, the benchmark biotechnology event in Spain organized by Asebio, will take place on 24, 25 and 26 September 2014 in Santiago de Compostela. This sectorial event, for which discounted registration is available through 2 May, is held every two years in a Spanish city and is structured around different activities: exhibition area, investment forum, BioLatam and employment fairs, and country- or cluster-specific, partnering, scientific, breakout and stakeholders sessions.
Biocat is a silver sponsor of the congress and is organizing a session on the official program of conferences, which will take place on 24 September from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. The conference will focus on the topic of hospital innovation and be moderated by Biocat CEO Montserrat Vendrell. Biocat will also have a booth at the fair with the other members of the Transbio Sudoe project.
In 2012 BioSpain consolidated its place as a business platform in the global biotechnology arena, ranking fifth in number of partnering meetings and participating companies.
This year, the event is organized by Asebio, the Government of Galicia, the University of Vigo, the University of Santiago de Compostela and the Santiago City Council.
