Silvia Labé

Sílvia joined Biocat the year of its creation, in 2006, and since then she has held different responsibilities within the communication and marketing department. In 2014 she was appointed Director of Marketing, Communication and Competitive Intelligence, where she leads a team of nine professionals. She is responsible for the strategic direction of marketing and corporate communication, institutional reputation, international positioning, media relations, promotional campaigns and major events, as well as business intelligence initiatives.

She is the Director of the BioRegion Report of Catalonia since its 2015 edition and until today. She has extensive experience in launching cross-cutting acceleration, entrepreneurship, training and internationalization projects in the life sciences and health sector.

She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Wales University, a Master in Scientific, Medical and Environmental Communication from Pompeu Fabra University and an Executive Master in Marketing and Sales from ESADE, among other courses and training.

Sílvia loves reading, walking, traveling, podcasting, eating and drinking well... and, above all, enjoying her family and friends.
