The 4YFN, as part of the Mobile World Congress Barcelona, will return from March 3 to 6, 2025, to position Barcelona and Catalonia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem on the global stage.
During the 4 days of the congress, the most cutting-edge startups in strategic areas such as connectivity, digital health, fintech, blockchain, artificial intelligence, IoT, among others, will be showcased. There will also be conferences, debates, panels with opinion leaders and startups, and networking activities. Therefore, it is the must-attend event to connect with investors and entrepreneurs from around the world.
In 2023, more than 50 startups, companies, and organizations from Catalonia’s BioRegion participated, a figure that positioned the health sector as one of the most representative at the event.
For the second consecutive year, Biocat, ACCIÓ, and Tic Salut Social have coordinated the Catalonia Health Innovation Ecosystem Pavilion, a dedicated space where BioRegion companies will have the opportunity to gain visibility with their own stand at 4YFN, showcase their solutions, and network.
Catalonia Health Innovation Ecosystem Pavilion
Biocat, in collaboration with Fundació TIC Salut Social, will lead this space, with the support of the Government of Catalonia, Barcelona City Council, ACCIÓ, the Agency for Health Quality and Assessment of Catalonia (AQuAS), the Catalan Health Service (CatSalut), the Catalan Institute of Health (ICS), the Catalan Union of Hospitals (UCH), the Health and Social Consortium of Catalonia (CSC), the Catalan Association of Health Entities (ACES), the Catalan Association of Care Resources (ACRA), and the Board of Social Third Sector Entities of Catalonia (M4Social).
Furthermore, as a novelty in this edition, the pavilion will also feature Barcelona Health Hub, Catalonia.Health, and Tech Barcelona, further strengthening the representation of Catalonia's health innovation ecosystem—an alliance that positions the sector as an international benchmark in innovation.
This year, the pavilion will host 16 startups in the field of digital health, showcasing their innovative solutions and services.
