Barcelona once again hosts RESI Europe-Barcelona 2025

This will be the second time Barcelona is hosting the international conference Redefining Early Stage Investments (RESI) Europe, a key event for startups and scaleups in the life sciences and healthcare sector. Organized by Life Science Nation (LSN), RESI Europe-Barcelona will take place from April 1 to 3, 2025 at the InterContinental Barcelona hotel, thanks to collaboration from Biocat, the Barcelona City Council and the Government of Catalonia. The first day will be held in person and the other two, online.

On the program, there will be panel discussions and workshops covering the latest market trends, investment strategies and best business practices. Here Biocat will organize the “Healthtech Market Access Panel”, a 30 minute fireside chat on key aspects of market access in the healthtech sector.

Some of the most noteworthy aspects of the conference include the Innovator Pitch Challenge (IPC), a contest for startups and scaleups to pitch their projects to a panel of investors aligned with their phase of development and product. Each participant will get individual feedback. This year, 15 companies from the BioRegion of Catalonia will be chosen to participate.
