New ‘Barcelona Health Innovation Week’ website: more interactive and functional

Barcelona Health Innovation Week (BHIW) has a new website with important improvements to design and functionality, offering users a more complete, interactive experience. The main upgrades include:

New design and interactive software

The website has a fresh look and feel in the same style as the Biocat website, launched in November 2023. These improvements make the platform more attractive, intuitive and functional. 

Plus, with the program of activities, users can filter the events according to their interests by date, category, type (online/in person) and time of day (morning/afternoon). This function helps improve user experience, making browsing more intuitive and dynamic.

The new site also has an interactive map making it easier to find where in person activities will be held.

Greater visibility for participating organizations and simpler registration

The website continues to highlight the ecosystem organizations hosting events, with a separate section for the participants’ logos and for the main speakers in the sessions. There is also an integrated native registration form that makes it easier for organizations that want to post their events, as well as improving privacy issues.

Direct acces to previous editions

From the new platform, users can go straight to the programs from previous years with a direct link to a page with related content, such as press releases, news and photo galleries.

BHIW 2025 will be held from February 17 to 21, 2025, with a week devoted to healthcare innovation in Catalonia. With great turnout at the latest edition and more than 43 activities hosted, we encourage all organizations in the sector to take part by posting their activities in this updated space.
